I've watch something like 10-ish episodes of this drama so far (there are 35 total episodes). I've decided to share some of my thoughts. I've heard some good things about it so I wanted to see if I would enjoy it. I do like it and hope to continue watching more episodes once I have… Continue reading Thoughts on Begin Again (2020)
Book Review: Please Continue Protecting Me
I picked up this novel yesterday and with only 48 chapters, this is another quick and easy read. The translator did split up some of the chapters but as it is completely translated, it's really not a big deal for me. Our MC is Rong Mo. She is the eldest daughter (and only child) of… Continue reading Book Review: Please Continue Protecting Me
Book Review: The Villain’s Contract Lover
The novel had 50-ish chapters that the translator split in 2-3 sections so it was a good, short breather as I'm still trudging through Cultivating in the Entertainment Industry. Our MC is Wan Wan, a fox demon who had been cultivating for 500 years. She ended up dying during her immortal tribulation from the thunder… Continue reading Book Review: The Villain’s Contract Lover
Life: March 2021 Currently List
Eating: I had some Korean hotteok (sweet glutinous rice pancake) this morning with my coffee. A few months ago, I had bought a frozen pack to try. It was so good and I was bummed I only purchased one frozen pack. The Asian supermarket is over an hour away. I recently made a trip there and… Continue reading Life: March 2021 Currently List
Han Shang Yan & Tong Nian’s Cameos in Go Go Squid 2
Han Shang Yan/Gun and Tong Nian don't actually appear in the same scene until the last episode. In some scenes, Wu Bai or someone else calls or receives a phone call from Han Shang Yan but he doesn't make an actual appearance. In Episode 2, Han Shang Yan appears at the hospital as he waited… Continue reading Han Shang Yan & Tong Nian’s Cameos in Go Go Squid 2
Chinese Drama Review: Go Go Squid 2: Dt Appledog’s Time
As I mentioned in a previous post, I wanted to watch this because of Wang An Yu who played Grunt/Shen Zhe. I admit I was distracted by all the inconsistencies between Go Go Squid 2 and its predecessor Go Go Squid. The timeline didn't match up, even the "sport" was different. I felt it did… Continue reading Chinese Drama Review: Go Go Squid 2: Dt Appledog’s Time
Thoughts on the Go Go Squid Series
I'm not going to write a "review" review as a) it's been over a year since I watched Go Go Squid and b) I haven't seen Go Go Squid 2: DT and Appledog's Time. But I wanted to share some of my thoughts on the series. As I mentioned I watched Go Go Squid back… Continue reading Thoughts on the Go Go Squid Series
Chinese Drama Review: Forever Love (2020)
Guess what I did this weekend!? I binge-watched Forever Love. This is actually kind of funny because earlier last week I was attempting to write a post about why I haven't watched a drama or TV show in a long while (that post is probably going to end up sitting in my drafts forever now).… Continue reading Chinese Drama Review: Forever Love (2020)

Book Spoilers & Thoughts: Forced to Date a Big Shot
So I'm completed with the story. Actually, I should say that the main story is completed and the author is currently writing the epilogues but she mentioned that the update will be sporadic so I'm going to stockpile them. So far, there are 2 extras. That's one of my biggest issues with this book -… Continue reading Book Spoilers & Thoughts: Forced to Date a Big Shot
